Coaching
“No man is an island, Entire of itself. Each is a piece of the continent, A part of the main." John Donne
We are social animals, relational beings. How we show up for the people in our lives - our friends, lovers, children, our colleagues, bosses and clients - is a reflection of how we feel about ourselves, and the behaviours we put into our relationships.
And yet, most of us were never really taught how to relate. That's where coaching comes in.
Whether you're navigating the vulnerability of intimacy, the politics of the workplace, the complexity of family, or the courage it takes to put yourself out there, the work is the same - really knowing yourself, learning to regulate your emotions, cultivating empathy, building trust, expressing yourself authentically, and more.
For example, are you seeking to:
Heal, regroup, rediscover your sense of self;
Deepen your relationships with associates, spouses, or friends;
Build confidence and emotional resilience, at home and at work;
Communicate with more clarity, warmth and impact;
Find the right relationship, or breathe new life into an existing one;
Explore intimacy, or alternative lifestyles in a safe, judgment-free space;
Hold your own through discomfort, whether in the bedroom or the boardroom?
My approach is holistic, pragmatic and deeply human. I draw on psychology, storytelling, tantra and dance, alongside decades of rich, lived experience: living across cultures, raising children, leading teams, navigating life and love in its many forms, and learning from every stumble along the way.
My sessions are a safe, judgment-free space where we look honestly at where you are, and explore thoughtfully where you want to be.
Let's have a conversation about how I might be able to help you.

"I need to say a huge magnificent thank you for your time and your session this morning. It was incredible. I’ve been doing this all wrong for fifteen years and your pointers have just put me firmly back on track.”
“I've been through a lot of therapy, but nothing has helped as much as this. And what's most rewarding is that I feel you can relate to what I am experiencing and I feel acknowledged and understood. And it's such an amazing feeling. I feel more in place now. Before, I felt quite alienated, especially with my feelings.“
“I wanted to thank you so much for our session this week. It feels as though I was looking at a picture the wrong way up, and you turned it around for me and suddenly it looks beautiful. I feel a bit giddy with it, but it seems so obvious now that I can see it.”
